Miami vs Florida

Florida vs Miami : One of the week’s best games has to be that between Florida State and Miami. Before the season began, I looked at this contest as an upset special, thinking the Seminoles might be knocked out of the top-five with a road loss. Now, they’re the underdog and could be on the prowl to upset the Hurricanes.
Florida vs Miami Live

With a talented redshirt freshman quarterback like Deondre Francois, anything is possible. He has passed for 1,323 yards and seven touchdowns with two interceptions, adding another 129 rushing yards and two scores. This kid is electric.
It has to be easier for a young quarterback when you have a guy like Dalvin Cook lining up behind you. The junior tailback has accounted for 635 rushing yards and seven touchdowns while also ranking second on the team with 19 receptions for 286 yards.
Mark Richt’s first season at the helm of Miami has been great thus far. He has led the Hurricanes to a perfect 4-0 record and they’re currently ranked No. 10 in the country, in perfect position to move up and jump into the playoff conversation with a win over Florida State in Week 6.
Brad Kaaya has been Richt’s quarterback project. While the junior has been solid through his first two seasons as the starter, his new head coach has hoped to make him elite. He’s off to a good start, passing for 935 yards and eight touchdowns with a 66 percent completion rate.
The run game is also impressive, thanks to Mark Walton and Joseph Yearby. The team’s top two rushers have combined for 766 yards and 13 touchdowns on over seven yards per touch.
Florida State is hoping to overcome a slow start to the season, most recently a last-second loss to North Carolina, to defeat No. 10 Miami on the road. Can the Hurricanes hang on in this in-state rivalry game?
